Goodbye 2019 – Hello 2020!

Now that 2019 is officially behind us and we have not only started a new year but a totally new decade as well, I have been doing a lot of reflecting.

It was my goal for 2019 to broaden my reach out into this amazing community of ours & provide my clients more access to “Real Estate Made Simple”. Thus was born this website, my monthly newsletter & many other communication avenues that have allowed me to provide my clients, family & friends the up to date – real estate & community information they need!

In addition to meeting my goals for professional growth, I was blessed with another amazing year in sales. This year my annual sales topped $5.3 Million. Which places me me nearly tied for the top earner position among my fellow realtors at Midge & Co Innovative Realtors & again within the Top Performing Agents in the area! And I owe a large part of my success to the people of this community that have worked with me or referred me to friends, family & neighbors.

Each year has been a year of growth, learning experiences & many fantastic achievements! It means so very much to me that I’ve found a career that lets me help people. And help in ways I didn’t realize was even possible. Selling houses is so much more than a sales job. We’re selling people’s memories, histories, dreams….there’s laughter, tears, hugs, & love. In sharing in this journey with people you not only find clients, you find new friends, and share with them in a time of need or excitement.

I have been so blessed to be able to do this job and share my passion with the community I grew up in. I wouldn’t be where I am without you and for that I want to thank you all!

In addition to being blessed to work with and help so many amazing people within this community with their personal real estate needs. (both residents and visitors alike) I am incredibly proud of the growth and development of our annual Kids Walk fundraiser. In years past Midge & Co as a company has hosted a Walk for Kids, which raised money for Northern Michigan Children’s Assessment Center. This year, I worked hard to take it one step further and joined forces with North Central Area Credit Union & an organization called Put On The Cape: A Foundation Of Hope. We combined what was to be our 3rd Annual Walk for Kids with a special event called the Super Hero Main Event! Thus was born, our Super Hero Walk for Kids & Super Hero Main Event!! Hosted back in September of this year – this event was a spectacular success & helped to raise much needed funds for the Northern Michigan Children’s Assessment Center. NMCA holds a dear place in my heart, as over the years I have spent some time learning who they are, what they do and how big of an impact they have on the at kids that come through their doors. Again, I would like to express my deepest graditude for your support in aiding this vital resource within our community. I look forward to this years event & the opportunity to once again bring together this wonderfully generous community to help the children who need it most!

In closing, I would simply like to wish you all a blessed and prosperous 2020! I look forward to what is yet to come in the New Year & to serving my amazing community.

With love & gratitude,
